Key Responsibilities

• Collecting data and preparing regular reports using Microsoft Excel
• Maintaining and updating the company database accurately
• Providing administrative support for the company car scheme, including fleet management
• Assisting with the management and booking of pool cars
• Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Carrying out general administrative duties including data input, filing, and document preparation

About You

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently
• Previous administrative experience is desirable
