Job Title: Forklift/ Warehouse Assistant
Location: Cheltenham
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with potential overtime)
Salary: £26,000 per annum

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-driven forklift/ Warehouse Assistant to help power operations within a brilliant business! Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production: Keep things running smoothly by ensuring the production line stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Operate Machinery: Be hands-on, using forklifts and other machinery to move materials and finished goods efficiently.
• Quality Control: Perform key checks to make sure every product meets our high-quality standards.
• Packaging & Shipping: Accurately prepare goods for shipment and make sure everything’s properly labeled.
• Inventory Control: Keep a close eye on stock levels and materials to ensure there’s no disruption in production.
• Safety First: Always follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment without losing attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and top-notch organizational skills
• Physical capability to lift up to 25kg unassisted and stay on your feet during shifts
• Teamwork skills that help you work seamlessly with others
• Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach truck) – MUST be valid and in date
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus

Qualifications:

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
• Valid Forklift licence
• Reliable mode of transportation
