7.5 tonne driver

Location: DY10, Kidderminster

Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Work

Salary: £13.00-£15.00 p/h plus weekly bonuses

Schedule: Monday – Friday, some Saturdays too

0400am till finish

Induction to be passed before shifts starts

Our client is has been the UK’s leading and most trusted manufacturer and distributor of wooden garden products for over 50 years. From fences to sheds, garden buildings, decking, and decorative structures, their extensive range is available online and in over 3,000 retail stores nationwide.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate company vehicles for the delivery of garden products.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customer locations.
• Handle products with care to maintain their quality during transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing them in a positive manner.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.

Requirements:

• Valid Category C1 driving license.
• Proven experience as a 7.5 Tonne Driver.
• Excellent driving record with no traffic violations.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
