We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Account Manager who wants to join us on a journey as our business continues its growth and expansion plans. Following the acquisition of a large client, we are looking to open a satellite branch in the West Wales area and to continue to grow our presence and service offering to clients and candidates in this location.
We are looking for an Account Manager who will:
- Maintain a visible, proactive point of contact for our large client, supported by another member of staff, delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within a high-volume industrial environment, from initial screening to inductions and work permits
- Manage a workforce of core temporary workers, planning rotas and communicating shifts out in line with SLAs
- Produce and arrange delivery of full induction training, incorporating health and safety, hygiene, site rules and job specific requirements
- Manage operations, liaising with management and team leaders to ensure efficiency
- Support the payroll function with encouragement of prompt timesheet submission and administration
- Take responsibility for the overall branch KPIs, striving to exceed and implement growth strategies
We are looking for an Account Manager with:
- A full UK driving license and own vehicle, able to travel between clients and other internal branches
- An excellent track record in managing clients and account management
- The ability to work alone, and also manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, in person, over the telephone and via email
- A flexible approach to working; this is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
- Strong administrative skills, with demonstrable experience
- Confidence in their abilities as a sales professional
- A drive to succeed and determination to build and lead a team around them
This Account Manager’s role is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of £30 – £35k per annum plus benefits; you’ll find yourself handsomely rewarded for your efforts and the part you play in the growth of our client base in the area.
