Client Services Legal Executive

We are seeking a Legal Services Executive to join our client’s team on a 12-month contract. This role is key in ensuring operational excellence by delivering high-quality support to both internal and external clients. You will work closely with Partners, Fee Earners, and clients, identifying the best approaches to maintain exceptional service levels.

Key Requirements:

 Legal secretarial experience (ideally within a corporate setting, but candidates with relevant experience in other areas will be considered)
Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience using Practice Management Systems
Ability to work independently and within a team
 Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
Proactive mindset, using initiative to develop solutions and maintain high service standards
