-£23,100 increasing to £23,625 after probation
-Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm

Do you have previous customer service experience?
Due to expansion, a highly regarded international organisation, are looking to appoint personable individuals in their customer service team. You will be working in a friendly and lively team within a fun office. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service adviser to work within a prestigious organisation. You will be responsible for responding to queries both via email and over the phone.
The ideal applicant will have:
-Previous customer service adviser/contact centre/call centre/insurance or sales experience
-Be educated to A level standard and GCSE Maths and English grade C and above, or hold a level 3 qualification
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Active listening skills
-Good attention to detail
-Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
-Computer literate with the ability to pick us systems quickly
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
