Executive Assistant – IMMEDIATE START

My clients are looking to appoint an experienced executive assistant/personal assistant to provide comprehensive support to the senior team. You will be joining a friendly, professional and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-regarded organisation. This is initially temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent.

The Role:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Organising meetings, typing up and distributing agendas, attending meetings and taking minutes as required
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Providing general administrative support

The ideal applicant will have:

• Previous experience providing executive support at C suite level
• Strong organisational skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
• Be highly motivated and achievement orientated
• Good attention to detail
• Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
