IT Project Support

Role: IT Project Support

Type: Fixed-Term

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000

The Role:

• Attend various sites across the organisation as and when required
• Act as the main point of contact for replacing equipment
• Install endpoint devices; including but not limited to desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers
• Provide support where appropriate
• Maintain an up to date and accurate stock management system
• Manage the lifecycle of all IT equipment, keeping accurate records and disposing of old IT equipment where required
• Handling IT equipment during delivery, installation or disposal

The Person:
• Relevant experience in IT support, deployment role  or simialr
• Knowledge of using IT inventory and stock management systems
• Experience of deploying Windows 10 and 11 using imaging software
