Marketing Manager

With a salary of up to £45,000 this is an excellent opportunity. Working Monday – Friday based within the Cheltenham office and the opportunity for 2 days from home. No parking onsite.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
• Develop and execute strategies to retain and engage existing customers through various channels such as email marketing, social media, digital advertising, paid and organic search. 
• Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviours, and utilise insights to optimise marketing campaigns and improve customer retention.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Support internal engagement, communication and events.

Skills and Attributes of a Marketing Manager:

• Background within a similar marketing position preferably with experience wit campaign and event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using various analytical tools.
• Experience using a CRM system, email marketing software and content management systems.
• Ability to work and manage a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
