RE recruitment is currently recruiting for an Office Recruitment Administrator for our team based in Hereford. We will provide you with full training, to ensure you will be fully capable of carrying out expectations. We have a sophisticated in-house training, and you will be fully supported throughout your development. RE Recruitment offer a unique recruitment experience and a fantastic team environment and culture. Although previous recruitment experience will be desirable, full training will be provided so no previous experience will be considered.
Your Responsibilities will be the following but not limited to:
- Liaising with clients and candidates’ initial inquiries
- Prospecting potential candidates for industrial and transport desks
- Offering recruitment incentives and ideas Hungry to succeed
- Registering candidates to fully comply with legislative and company procedures
- Uploading applications and documents onto our internal CRM systems
- Carrying out employment checks, such as: Settlement status checks, biometric card verification and relevant ECS checks.
- Ensuring recruitment applications are fully compliant across both transport and industrial desks
- Carrying out 3 monthly license checks on HGV candidates
- Carrying out reference checks for candidates

- Previous knowledge of EU Working time directive and drivers’ hours legislation (desirable)

- Previous experience of liaising with candidates (desirable)
- Previous Industrial/ transport/HGV experience/knowledge (desirable)
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 0830-1730 Friday 0830 – 1300
Salary: £11.25 per hour
