Due to growth, my client are seeking a Property Manager to join their exciting business in Gloucester. Offering a base salary up to £25,000 plus £5000 in commission on top, fantastic career progression opportunities and great benefits.

Skills and Attributes:

• Booking in maintenance and repairs
• Appointments including inspecting the condition of properties
• Checking Tenants in and out
• Coordinating and liaising with landlords and tenants 
• Communicating over the phone, by email and face to face

Experience/Qualifications required:

• Experience within an office based role as well as customer facing experience
• Previous property management experience or experience in a similar role – desirable but not essential 
• Excellent communicator
• Positive attitude
• Full driving licence and car (mileage paid)
