Our client are a growing, leading regional law firm who are looking for a legal secretary to join their team. You’ll be part of a team that provides a range of services including LPA’s, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts and tax planning.
Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone
Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
General administrative duties
Diary / Document management
Maintaining all filing systems effectively
Health & wellbeing programme
Private medical insurance

You will be a competent secretary and team player, ideally from a legal or professional services background, with a positive can-do attitude. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you will be committed to delivering high quality client service and work with a keen eye for detail.
