My clients, a busy land agency firm, are looking to appoint an experienced secretary/senior administrator to provide comprehensive support to the partner. You will be joining a friendly, professional and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-regarded organisation with opportunity for career progression, this would suit a secretary/personal assistant/executive assistant/senior administrator.
The Role:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Project managing key projects
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Effectively liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Organising meetings, typing up and distributing agendas, attending meetings and taking minutes as required
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Providing general administrative support, ordering stationery supplies
The ideal applicant will have:
- Previous experience providing comprehensive secretarial support to a team/partner/executive
- Strong organisational skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
- Comfortable liaising with clients
- Be highly motivated and achievement orientated
- Good attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
