Due to growth a leading law firm are recruiting for a secretary to join the legal support team within the price client department in Cirencester. This firm offer a clear career progression pathway and excellent benefits. This would suit either an experienced legal secretary or an administrator or secretary with good audiotyping skills looking to get into the legal field.

The Role

• Provide administrative support to Partners
• File-opening, telephone management, filing/ archiving, photocopying, email management, and dealing with post.
• Audiotyping
• Liaise with clients
• Draft documents and letters under supervision
• Diary Management  
• Support other partners within the firm as needed

The person

• Relevant experience within a secretary/administrative role
• Excellent typing / audio typing /dictation ability
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise work to deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Maintaining discretion with confidential data
• Ideally have experience in private client/ Wills/Powers of Attorney/Estate Administration
