Senior IT Technician

As the Senior IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our IT systems, hardware and software.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the stability and integrity of all IT systems, including servers and network infrastructure
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT related issues
• Maintaining and monitoring all computer networks and hardware
• Installing, configuring and testing new software and hardware
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all IT systems
• Providing technical advice and guidance to colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Level 4 / 5 or equivalent qualification in ICT, Business and Project Management
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows 365 systems and server administration
• SQL Database Management; demonstrable Visual Basic and C# knowledge or certification
• Experience with network administration, hardware and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
