A thriving business are seeking an experienced credit controller to join the team either on a full time or potentially part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer focused and fast paced national business. There is scope to progress within the business.

The role will involve:

• Building strong working relationships with customers to ensure they pay on time
• Daily management of invoices from initial contact to escalations as required
• Following up outstanding invoices via telephone and email within agreed timescales
• Taking ownership of the accounts portfolio and ensuring resolutions are quickly resolved
• Building strong working relationships with customers to ensure they pay on time
• Communicating across the various departments to resolve any queries
• Opening new customer accounts and inputting payments received
• Reconciliation of key accounts as required

The Person:

• Previous credit control experience
• Excellent numerical ability
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Problem solving experience
• Good understanding of Excel and office systems
• A proactive approach to work with ability to communicate at all levels
