Do you have previous customer service experience (retail/hospitality considered) and are looking to join a fun, friendly team?

Due to growth, an expanding business, are looking to welcome a personable individual to join their friendly customer service team in Evesham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, innovative and forward-thinking business.

What would you be doing?

• Answering email and phone enquiries providing excellent customer service
• Building relationships with multiple customers
• Supporting existing customers with any issues they may encounter
• Collecting and reporting customer feedback to the Head of Customer Services/Technical
