Are you a HR Administrator looking to join a growing business?

My client, a highly regarded organisation is seeking a HR Administrator to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced business within lovely offices. This would suit an administrator wanting to get into HR or a HR administrator.

The Role

• Providing HR administrative support to managers in the business and the HR team
• Set up and maintain personnel filing systems and database
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of Employee life cycle documentation and processes
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, liaising with line Managers, recruitment agencies and job boards
• Support the HR Lead with HR administration i.e. creation of employee files and letters, employment contracts, new starter onboarding and orientation and exit interviews
• Create and run reports
