My client requires an enthusiastic and experienced full-time secretary to join them on a temporary basis for their highly reputable legal practice. They are looking for someone with accurate typing/audio typing skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to deal with clients. Previous litigation experience is preferred

Contract type: Temporary – with the potential to join permanently

Salary: £11.50 whilst temporary

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 0900am – 1700pm

Experience required: Legal secretary or strong administration background

Duties are to include the following;

• Opening new files

• Drafting and preparing court documents

• Preparation of court bundles

• Diary management

• Dealing with correspondence

• Audio dictation

• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

• Demonstrate a high standard professional approach to clients

• Great attention to detail

• Polished telephone manner

• Highly organised

• Dictation

In return the client is looking for an ambitious individual who has strong administration skills, with the potential of gaining a permanent role within the company. They want someone who has previous legal secretary/administration experience or someone from a strong administration background.
