Primary responsibilities of a Residential Property Conveyancer include:
• Managing a wide caseload of residential property matters, processing cases on a timely basis
• Handling all aspects of residential property, from sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, right to buy and shared ownership schemes
• Liaising directly with clients, lenders and estate agents, building rapport to develop professional relationships and work pipelines
• Working to agreed KPI targets, generating income through fee earning
• Taking responsibility for managing your own workload, working independently and efficiently
We are looking for a Property Conveyancer with:
• A relevant industry qualification, for example CILEx, CLC, or solicitor status
• Demonstrable, recent experience of working in the legal profession, with a track record in Conveyancing and fee earning
• An organised, process-driven approach with good commercial acumen
• Commitment to excellent standards of customer service, understanding the importance of reputation, referrals and repeat business
• Great IT literacy, with experience of using a web-based CMS
