Credit Controller

Location: Gloucester

Salary: Up to £32,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely cash collection

• Investigating and resolving queries by working closely with other departments

• Posting and accurately allocating incoming payments

• Uploading invoices to customer portals where required

• Looking for ways to streamline and improve credit control processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous credit control experience (essential)

• Knowledge of Navision (advantageous, not essential)

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Calm and professional under pressure

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
