My client based in Tewkesbury just off the M5 are looking to recruit an Office Manager. You will be responsible for providing strong operational support to a team of customer service members. This would suit someone who has exceptional levels of customer service with previous or current experience of managing a team. Offering a superb salary of £28,000 – £30,000 per annum DOE, plus superb benefits. You will join a friendly team and an ever growing company.
Roles and Responsibilities of an Office Manager:
- Be responsible for the effective utilisation and performance of a customer service team
- Ensure staff are following the required Technical Support systems and procedures
- Coach and mentor, the team.
- Point of escalation for technical support co-ordinators
- Assist the Head of Operations in highlighting any deficiencies in team and/or team member performance.
- Manage team workload when required/
- Receive breakdown job information from clients/
- Using product knowledge, assist the client to resolve the issue by phone.
- Liaise with clients on engineer’s ETA and access.
- Organise engineers’ re-attendance if required and update clients
- Assess on a day-to-day basis that we have effective deployment of engineer resources
- Plan for PPM requirements
- Check all jobs are being completed in a timely manner
