We are working in partnership with a Local Authority in Gloucester to appoint an experienced Pay and Conditions Administrator to join their Team!

You’ll deliver a wide range of efficient and cost-effective services, ensuring the needs of both internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing payroll payments accurately and on time.
• Handling pay queries through our the helpline.
• Offering guidance on employment terms and conditions.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:
• Strong Organisational Skills: Prioritize workloads to maintain our high service levels.
• Payroll Experience: A solid background in payroll administration with a good understanding of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: The ability to navigate payroll systems efficiently.
