General Operative

We have a lucrative opportunity with one of our industry-leading clients in Gloucester! Are you looking to maximise your earning potential with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern? We are looking for Machine Operatives to:

• Operate and maintain production machinery to meet quality targets
• Record operating conditions in line with production plans accurately and in a timely fashion
• Complete and maintain cleaning and checking procedures
• Strive for continuous improvement within yourself and across the wider team, identifying areas of improvement opportunity
• Work on a 4 day rota of 2 day and 2 night shifts

A Machine Operative must:

• Have a basic understanding and confident use of IT, including MS Office
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Hold GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
• Be comfortable with routine drug screening as part of operational due diligence
• Be comfortable working on their own initiative, managing their own workload effectively
• A drive to earn and progress a career – there are opportunities for development for those who want it, and can demonstrate this!
