My client based in Mitcheldean are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an ever growing team. Working Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 paying £20,000 this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

• Be the first point of contact for any customer questions and queries via telephone and email.
• Managing customers database.
• Processing payments onto company CRM system.
• Chasing payments from different customers.
• Building a rapport with existing and new customers.

Skills and Attributes of a Customer Service Administrator:

• Excellent communication, presenting and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
• Relationship building and management abilities.
• Take ownership and resolve issues.
• Work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
